**Shipping Within Australia

To allow for extreme delivery costs (outback regions etc), we have $30 set as a basic freight charge. Please be aware that if the cost is less than that, we DO reduce the cost accordingly - even if you have already paid by credit card. For example deliveries in Melbourne suburban areas start from $8.50

S.A., NSW and Qld start from $1150

WA and NT from $25.50

We generally use Hunter Express however if the order can fit in a postpack and Australia Post is cheaper, we will ship with them.

**Returns
We do not accept returns other than faulty stock which must be claimed with 5 days of arrival.

**Packaging

Now a lot of companies send you great product in expensive packaging which looks great but is  wasteful.  I.Q Merchandising is trying to help reduce its carbon footprint by recycling as much as possible.
So although your fantastic purchases from us will get to you safely and be of the highest quality don't be too disappointed if the packaging is a little dull.  If you can recycle what we send you then go for it!  In that way we can all make a difference.
